Annemarie and Evan’s fall wedding at CityFlatsHotel Port Huron was the perfect October wedding day! Having grown up in Port Huron, it was so much fun to visit all of the best photo spots in the downtown area with Annemarie, Evan, and their bridal party!
Annemarie loves all things glitz and glam. It was no surprise then that her wedding attire included sparkly Badgley Mischka shoes, an off-the-shoulder gown ivory gown, and a last but not least, a tiara! The iconic bank vault at the CityFlatsHotel Ballroom made for the perfect location to photograph Annemarie’s gorgeous wedding dress. After her mom helped her into her gown, Annemarie shared a first look with her bridal party. Her brother Cooper’s reaction at seeing her all dolled up was precious!
Meanwhile, Evan and his best man Sherwood donned their navy tuxedos and pinned on their boutonnieres. After the groom was dressed and ready to go, he and Annemarie shared the sweetest first look in the ballroom. I loved the way Annemarie’s dress trailed behind her as she walked to greet Evan!
After they shared a few minutes alone, we stepped outside for bride and groom photos in downtown Port Huron. The pink brick wall and bright florals tied right into the couple’s blue and pink wedding palette! Their bridal party joined us shortly later and we were able to complete all of the photos before heading to Trinity Lutheran Church to get these two lovebirds married.
Once all of the guests arrived, Annemarie’s and her father shared an emotional walk up the aisle. After exchanging their vows and rings, the couple kissed and made their getaway in a vintage Chevy El Camino!
The reception took place in downtown Port Huron at the CityFlatsHotel Ballroom. While the space is beautiful all on its own, the couple brought their own special touch with red and pink rose centerpieces, blue and red silk tablecloths, and an ivory-colored cake.
The night kicked off with the couple’s grand entrance and heartfelt speeches by the bridal party. After Evan and Annemarie shared their first dance, their family and friends joined them on the dance floor!
